0.75 oz lemon
0.5 oz honey
2 slices of ginger
Combine all ingredients and muddle ginger in a shaker tin, shake ingredients and strain into rocks glass then float. 5 oz of smokey black over top.

0.75 oz BlackPost
0.75 oz Amaro nonino
0.75 oz Aperol
0.75 oz lemon
Shake and strain all ingredients into martini glass with a orange twist.
Black Post Old Fashion
2 oz BlackPost
0.5 oz dark chocolate syrup
4 dashes orange bitters
Stir down all ingredients and pour over large cube. Garnish with orange twist or piece of dark chocolate.
